Oolong Teas
Heat water to 175° degrees or 212° if oolong is darker
then steep one teaspoon of tea for 3 to 4 minutes
Green Teas
Heat water to 175° and steep one teaspoon of tea for 3 minutes
White Teas
Heat water to 175° and steep one teaspoon of tea for 2 to 3 minutes
